Warranty and Damage

To all customers:
For your convenience, we offer the following free of charge service within two months of your purchase:

  • A one-off, free of charge ring resizing service for all ready-made items only.
  • A free repair service for any purchased jewellery with manufacturing defect.

If a stone was damaged or lost, we will charge a replacement fee. 

We are proud of our quality control measures, but we cannot guarantee a free repair for pieces that has been damaged due to misuse in any way.

We will still be happy to provide a resizing or repairing service after the two month period for a reasonable fee.

To international customers:
We suggest using a local jewellery store if your ring needs adjustment after purchase. However, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur. With that being said, we are still happy to provide resizing and repairing service.

Please note!
Customers are responsible for all shipping and duty costs, we do not take responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit.
