Bespoke jewellery has the ability to tell a story, create memories or to mark a milestone for special days and occasions. At SARDONNA, we work in close collaboration with you to bring your vision to life through our bespoke service. Whether you are looking for unique personalized jewellery or a simple twist on one of our existing designs, we are more than happy to assist you.

STEP 1: SHARE YOUR IDEAS

Our bespoke service begins with a consultation through email or social media platforms. We start by collecting ideas, reference of designs or styles that you like. This process provides us with information about your vision and helps us build a strong image of the jewellery that you desire.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR MATERIALS

Once we have the design planned out, it is now time to pick your materials. You can choose from a selection of precious metal and we will also provide you with a variety of available gemstones to pick from.

STEP 3: REFINE YOUR DESIGN

After we have settled on the design and materials, we will send you drawing and quotation with all the details for your confirmation. During this stage, it is the best time for you to make any minor changes before we continue with production.

STEP 4: CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

On approval of the design and quote, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your bespoke order. Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.

STEP 5: CREATE YOUR ITEM

The bespoke jewellery is handcrafted carefully by our professional artisan. If you would like to see your piece throughout the production process, we are pleased to provide you with the making of photos. The production time varies from two to four weeks depending on your design.

STEP 6: COMPLETE YOUR JEWELLERY

The piece will undergo quality check once it is completed. It is then packaged carefully and prepared for postage, ready to become a special part of someone's personal story.
